RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

This service provides a full time recruiting option where Traverse Talent provides a recruiter that fully integrates with your current recruiting and HR Team. They are a fully engaged member of the team, recruiting and hiring on behalf of your organization. Whether this is for a short term project, or a long term solution-our RPO model has a proven track record of success.

Standard Contract
 

This service is ideal for organizations in search of short term support in a specific search. Traverse Talent has extensive knowledge and industry experience in the following areas: Executive Search, IT Leadership and Specialized Certifications, Healthcare Management, and High Volume Skilled Labor and Trades. 

In this model, we provide a contract for terms and agreements for hire and manage the life cycle of the recruiting process-with a fee to be paid upon candidate hire. 

Recruitment Strategy and Development

This service is consulting based, where Traverse Talent provides the infrastructure for a successful recruiting platform including development of policies and procedures, onboarding programs, ATS implementation and utilization, compensation analysis, and staff development training.
