In today's competitive job market, the need for a solid recruiting solution is imperative to the success of any organization.
Having worked in recruiting and talent management for the majority of my career, I've seen the industry ebb and flow with different strategies, patterns, and techniques in the search for talent, including the use of what most organizations refer to as "agency".
Admittedly, I was always reluctant to use an agency for the following reasons:
1. It is not cost effective
2. As the established recruiter in an organization, reaching to an agency left me feeling inadequate.
Despite these cyclical changes, the overall approach to third party recruiting was viewed as a vendor relationship rather than an integrated partnership.
Recognizing this gap, I was determined to create a service model built around client need, process immersion, and true partnership.
